Our commitment
TwayS Logistics (operated by SUNTECH EXPORT PTY. LTD.) is committed to making our website accessible to people with disabilities. We design, build, and maintain tways.com.au with accessibility in mind, and we continue to improve it based on user feedback and evolving standards.
Conformance status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities. WCAG has three levels of conformance: A, AA, and AAA.
tways.com.au substantially conforms with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Substantially conforms means the content meets the standard except for the exceptions listed below. We also meet the majority of WCAG 2.2 Level AA criteria.
Measures we take
To support accessibility, we:
- Include accessibility as a requirement from the start of design and development.
- Run automated accessibility tests on every release, across mobile, tablet, and desktop viewport sizes.
- Verify keyboard-only navigation, visible focus indicators, and screen-reader compatibility on core user journeys.
- Review this statement at least annually and after any material change to the site.
Compatibility
We aim to support the following:
- Recent versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge on desktop and mobile.
- Screen readers including VoiceOver (macOS, iOS), NVDA and JAWS (Windows), and TalkBack (Android).
- Keyboard-only navigation. A skip-to-content link is the first focusable element on every page.
- Reduced-motion preferences. Autoplay videos pause, entrance animations simplify, and the rotating 3D globe mounts in its final state without camera motion.
- Right-to-left languages. The full site is available in Arabic with document-level RTL support.
Older browsers and unsupported operating systems may have a degraded experience.
Known limitations
We are aware of and working on the following:
- Interactive 3D globe on the home page. The globe renders in WebGL and requires JavaScript. It is decorative rather than essential: the same destinations are listed in prose and in the trade-lanes map on the About page, both of which are fully accessible to keyboard and screen-reader users.
- Dense geographic markers on the About trade-lanes map. Three European ports — London, Rotterdam, and Hamburg — sit within a few pixels of each other at mobile viewport widths. Each destination has a 44×44 CSS pixel tap target on desktop and 32×32 on mobile (both above the WCAG 2.5.8 minimum of 24×24), but adjacent buttons overlap. Accurate geographic placement is intrinsic to the map's purpose, so the WCAG 2.5.8 "Essential" exception applies.
- Embedded Google Maps on the Contact page. We exclude the embedded map from the accessibility tree so the third-party controls it injects do not interfere with surrounding content. The full street address and a direct link to Google Maps are always provided alongside.
- Legal documents are authoritative in English. The Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and this Accessibility Statement are authoritative in English. Non-English versions of the site display a notice banner and keep the English text as the body, so the legal meaning is unambiguous across locales.

Accessibility Conformance Report (VPAT)
A formal Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT® 2.5Rev International) is available as a tagged PDF. It documents conformance against each WCAG success criterion at Levels A and AA.
The report is self-attested. Independent third-party audit is available on request — contact services@tways.com.au for procurement enquiries.
